ADDITIONS
1. This first project we built for a customer in Kenwood, Ohio a second story home addition. We demoed the existing roof and trusses, then framed up the new master bedroom with a large en-suite. We also built his’ and her’s walk-in closets. The existing chimney had to be built higher to bring it above the new roof line per local building code. Concrete composite siding was installed, then painted to match the rest of the home. It turned out amazing!

2. For this second project their family was definitely in need of more living space. They shopped around to buy another house, but quickly realized home prices were out of control. They really loved their home, so the decision was then clear… they needed a Home Addition. It’s amazing what you can do with an old attic space!
