ACTIVE PROJECTS

This first project will become a vintage patio for some awesome repeat customers of ours who live in Downtown Cincinnati by Music Hall and Washington Park. Their beautifully renovated historic home was built in the 1800’s. With that being said, we’re going to build a vintage brick paver patio with precast custom concrete pillars and decorative black floral designed wrought iron fencing between the pillars. The finish project will be AMAZING!

FYI - We had to get approval by the Historical Society before we could start this project, so keep checking in to see how it all progresses.

Concrete footers completed and now wood forms and wire reinforcement in place for 3 1/2” concrete elevated pad that the brick pavers will be mortared to.

We laid a sheet of plywood temporarily over the wire reinforcement so the customer can still access their front door safely until we start the concrete pad.

We started the concrete pour today for the elevated pad. The brick pavers will be mortared in place.

We weren’t trying to make the elevated pad beautiful, but rather flat and smooth enough to attach the brick pavers to with mortar.

Here’s another angle of the concrete elevated pad. Tomorrow we’ll remove the wood forms.

Wood forms all removed and jobsite cleaned up. Ready for the pillars, brick pavers, and fencing!

This second project that we just completed, is for some awesome customers in the Green Township area of Ohio. They were getting overwhelmed by the intense sun making it unbearable to sit and enjoy their backyard. We gave them an all new much bigger concrete patio with a covered porch for some much welcomed shade. The flatscreen television in the corner was a must have for them, their family, and fiends to watch their favorite Ohio State team win!
